HiSPEC HE/FF10 Fast Fix Mains Heat Detector 10 Year Battery

The HiSPEC HSSA/HE/FF10 is a mains-powered heat alarm designed to provide reliable fire detection in areas where traditional smoke alarms may be unsuitable. Ideal for kitchens, garages, boiler rooms, lofts, cellars, and utility spaces, the alarm responds to significant increases in temperature rather than smoke, helping to minimise nuisance alarms caused by cooking fumes, steam, dust, or airborne particles. It activates when temperatures reach approximately 60°C, providing an early warning of potential fire hazards.

Powered by a 220–240V mains supply, the HSSA/HE/FF10 features a sealed 10-year rechargeable lithium battery backup, ensuring continuous protection during power failures. Designed to meet the requirements of modern domestic fire alarm installations, it offers dependable long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

The alarm incorporates HiSPEC's Fast Fix mounting base, allowing the base to be installed and wired during first-fix electrical work while the alarm head can be fitted later. This helps protect the detector during construction and decoration while speeding up installation and reducing the risk of damage.
