The FuseBox RTAMB06 is a compact 6A mini RCBO (Residual Current Breaker with Overcurrent Protection) designed to provide combined protection against overloads, short circuits, and earth leakage faults in residential and light commercial electrical installations. By integrating MCB and RCD functionality into a single modular device, it helps maximise space within consumer units while maintaining a high level of circuit protection.

It features a B Curve tripping characteristic, making it suitable for circuits with low inrush currents such as lighting, control wiring, smoke alarms, and small fixed loads. The Type A residual current protection detects both AC and pulsating DC fault currents, making it compatible with modern electrical installations containing electronic equipment and energy-efficient devices.

With a 6kA short-circuit breaking capacity and 30mA residual operating sensitivity, the RTAMB06 provides reliable protection against electric shock and fire risks. The device incorporates double-pole switching (switched live and neutral) for improved isolation and safety during maintenance or fault conditions.

Designed for use with FuseBox consumer units, it features a compact single-module DIN rail design with a flying neutral connection for quick installation. It complies with IEC/EN 61009-1 standards and supports 18th Edition wiring regulation requirements.
