Fire Angel Mains Powered Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Battery Backup

The CF1-PW-T/CW1-PF-T is a mains-powered carbon monoxide (CO) alarm designed to provide continuous monitoring and early warning of dangerous carbon monoxide levels within residential properties. Developed by FireAngel, this alarm combines advanced electrochemical sensing technology with a convenient Push2Fit installation system, making it suitable for new-build, refurbishment, and landlord compliance projects. The unit is designed to detect low levels of carbon monoxide accurately, helping to protect occupants from the potentially fatal effects of CO poisoning before concentrations become dangerous.

The alarm operates from the property's mains electrical supply and includes a replaceable 9V battery backup to maintain protection during power failures. Its advanced electrochemical sensor is calibrated and tested using carbon monoxide gas to provide reliable and accurate detection throughout its service life. Unlike smoke alarms, which detect combustion particles, the CF1-PW-T is specifically engineered to monitor carbon monoxide generated by faulty boilers, gas fires, wood-burning stoves, open fires, and other fuel-burning appliances.
