The Elkay 374C-1 Flush Mount PIR Timer is a compact and highly efficient ceiling-mounted occupancy sensor designed to provide automatic control of lighting, ventilation, and other electrical loads in commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Combining advanced passive infrared (PIR) detection technology with adjustable timing and lux level controls, this energy-saving device helps reduce unnecessary power consumption while improving convenience and building efficiency.

Designed for discreet flush ceiling installation, the 374C-1 features one of the smallest and most unobtrusive profiles available on the market, making it ideal for modern interiors where appearance is important. The integrated PIR sensor provides full 360° detection coverage with a detection range of approximately 7–10 metres when mounted at standard ceiling heights. The sensor detects moving infrared heat sources, such as people entering or moving within a room, automatically switching connected loads on when occupancy is detected. Once movement is no longer sensed, the fitting switches the load off after the selected time delay period has elapsed
