Aico EI3000MRF SmartLINK Module

The Aico EI3000MRF SmartLINK Module is a plug-in wireless communication module designed for use with the Aico Ei3000 Series smoke and CO alarms. It enables alarms within a system to communicate wirelessly using radio frequency (RF) technology, allowing for fast, reliable interconnection without the need for physical wiring between devices.

Once installed into a compatible Ei3000 Series alarm, the EI3000MRF upgrades the system to support SmartLINK wireless mesh networking, allowing multiple alarms to communicate with each other. If one alarm is triggered, all connected alarms will activate simultaneously, ensuring a fast, system-wide warning throughout the property.

The module is powered directly by the alarm unit, meaning no separate power supply is required. It uses a secure RF communication protocol operating in the 868 MHz band, providing strong signal reliability and stable performance in domestic and light commercial environments. The mesh architecture allows signals to be relayed between devices, improving coverage across larger or more complex properties.
