Aico Ei1025 Environmental Sensor
The Aico EI1025 is an environmental sensor designed for domestic and social housing properties to monitor indoor air quality rather than detect fire. It measures temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels to help identify issues such as damp, mould risk, poor ventilation, and overheating. Powered by a sealed 10-year lithium battery, it is low-maintenance and designed for long-term use. The device can wirelessly connect to Aico SmartLINK systems or an Ei1000G Gateway, allowing data to be remotely accessed through housing management platforms. Typically installed in rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, the EI1025 is used to support property health and energy efficiency monitoring rather than occupant alarms, making it a key tool for landlords and housing providers managing indoor environmental conditions.
