Xpelair C6TS 6"/150mm Axial Extract Fan Timer

The Xpelair C6TS is a 150mm (6-inch) axial extractor fan with timer overrun, designed for high-performance ventilation in larger bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, and other moisture-prone domestic or light commercial spaces.

The fan is part of Xpelair’s Simply Silent Contour range, developed to provide powerful extraction while operating more quietly than many conventional axial fans. It features a modern square fascia design that sits neatly against walls or ceilings, making it suitable for contemporary residential and commercial interiors.

The C6TS uses a 150mm axial impeller system and delivers airflow of approximately 216–248 m³/h (around 60–62 litres per second) depending on the selected installation speed. This makes it significantly more powerful than standard 100mm bathroom fans and suitable for larger rooms or areas with higher humidity levels and stronger ventilation demands.

The defining feature of the “TS” model is its integrated adjustable timer overrun function. The fan is typically connected to an external switch, such as a lighting circuit, and continues operating for a preset period after the switch is turned off. The timer overrun is usually adjustable between approximately 30 seconds and 30 minutes, allowing continued extraction of residual steam and moisture after the room has been vacated. This helps improve ventilation efficiency and reduce condensation build-up, mould growth, and damp issues.
