It provides a single untethered Type 2 socket outlet delivering up to 7.4kW (single-phase, 230V), making it suitable for a wide range of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.
Built for durability in exposed environments, the ROLEC0011B features a vandal-resistant steel enclosure (IK10 rated) with weather protection suitable for outdoor installation. It is engineered for long-term reliability in car parks, business premises, residential developments, and public charging locations.
The unit is a fully OCPP 1.6 compliant smart charger, allowing integration with third-party back-office platforms for billing, user management, and network control. Charging can be managed via RFID cards/fobs, mobile app control, or plug-and-charge operation, depending on the system configuration.
For electrical safety and installation efficiency, the ROLEC0011B includes built-in protection features such as AC fault protection (30mA Type A RCD functionality) and 6mA DC leakage detection, along with PME fault detection (TruePEN), reducing the need for additional earth electrodes in many installations.
