Greenbrook 15A Cylinder Thermostat

The GreenBrook TH90CS is a clamp-on hot water cylinder thermostat designed to provide accurate temperature control of stored domestic hot water systems. It is used to regulate and maintain the temperature of water within a cylinder by switching heating equipment such as boilers, pumps, or motorised valves on and off as required.

This thermostat fits directly onto the surface of a hot water cylinder using a secure strap and sensing clamp, allowing it to monitor temperature without the need to drain the system. Its bimetallic sensing element ensures reliable and consistent temperature detection, making it a practical solution for both new installations and replacement applications.

The TH90CS features an adjustable temperature dial, typically ranging from around 40°C to 80°C, allowing installers to set the desired operating temperature based on system requirements. In most domestic installations, it is commonly set between 60°C and 65°C to help reduce the risk of Legionella bacteria while maintaining energy efficiency and user comfort.
