The FuseBox EV40AXBD is a dedicated EV charger consumer unit designed to safely supply and protect a single electric vehicle charging point. It includes a 40A Type A bi-directional RCBO, a Type 2 surge protection device (SPD), and a 100A main switch isolator, providing a complete protection solution for EV installations in line with 18th Edition wiring regulations.

This model is designed for 7kW EV chargers and ensures safe operation by protecting against overloads, earth faults, and transient voltage surges. It is widely used in both domestic and light commercial installations where a dedicated, compliant EV supply is required.
