FireAngel Enhanced Heat Alarm with Wireless Technology

The FireAngel HM-SN-1 is a mains-powered heat alarm detector designed for domestic fire protection in environments where smoke alarms are not suitable, such as kitchens, garages, and utility rooms. It is part of FireAngel’s interconnected alarm range and is built to provide reliable heat detection with advanced sensing technology and flexible system integration.

This model uses Thermistek heat sensing technology, which responds quickly to rapid temperature rises while helping to reduce false alarms caused by cooking fumes or dust. When a dangerous heat level is detected, the unit triggers a loud internal alarm and can also activate other interconnected alarms across the property, ensuring a fast and coordinated warning throughout the building.

The HM-SN-1 is designed for 230V mains operation with a sealed 10-year lithium battery backup, ensuring continued protection even during power outages. Its low-energy design typically consumes significantly less power than standard heat alarms, making it an efficient long-term safety solution.

A key feature of this model is its interconnect capability, allowing it to be linked with other FireAngel smoke and heat alarms either via hardwired connection or Smart RF wireless modules. This means that if one alarm is triggered, all connected alarms will sound simultaneously, improving response time and occupant safety.
