Danlers Round Ceiling Socket (Required for CELO, CEDR60, CEDR6PLR)

The DANLERS CESO is a purpose-designed ceiling mounting socket used with DANLERS plug-in occupancy switches, PIR sensors, presence detectors, photocells, and other compatible ceiling-mounted control devices. Rather than being a sensor itself, the CESO acts as the installation interface between the building wiring and a compatible DANLERS plug-in control unit, allowing quick installation, replacement, and maintenance.

The socket is primarily intended for use with DANLERS ceiling-mounted occupancy controls such as the CELO, CEDR, and other plug-in PIR detector ranges. Once installed, compatible detectors simply plug into the socket, eliminating the need to disconnect wiring when replacing or upgrading a control device. This modular approach reduces installation time and simplifies future maintenance.

Designed for surface mounting, the CESO can be fitted directly onto a BESA box or other suitable ceiling mounting arrangement. Its compact circular design allows it to blend neatly into ceiling installations while providing a secure electrical connection for occupancy sensing devices. This makes it particularly suitable for solid ceilings where flush-mounted detectors may not be practical.
