CW Economy Glands Brass CW50

The CW50 Cable Gland is a heavy-duty three-part brass armoured cable gland designed for terminating steel wire armoured (SWA) and aluminium wire armoured (AWA) cables in both indoor and outdoor environments. It provides secure armour grip, reliable electrical continuity, and a weatherproof seal on the cable outer sheath, making it suitable for industrial and infrastructure installations.

Compared with BW glands (typically indoor/IP54), the CW50 is designed for weatherproof use (IP66), offering improved sealing performance for external and harsh environments.

Manufactured from high-quality brass, the CW50 features a three-part armour locking system consisting of a back nut, armour cone, and gland body. This allows for strong cable retention and easier inspection of the armour termination during installation and maintenance.
