Aico Ei650i 600 Series Battery Optical Smoke Alarm

The Aico Ei650i is a battery-powered optical smoke alarm designed for standalone domestic fire detection.

It uses a photoelectric (optical) sensing chamber, making it especially effective at detecting slow, smouldering fires (such as furniture, wiring faults, or soft furnishings) while helping to reduce nuisance alarms from everyday cooking vapours.

The unit is powered by a sealed 10-year lithium battery, meaning it is maintenance-free for its full lifespan with no battery replacement required. Once installed on its twist-lock base, the battery is automatically activated, helping preserve battery life during storage and installation.
