Aico EI1000G SmartLINK Gateway

The Aico Ei1000G SmartLINK Gateway is a central communication hub used in Aico’s wireless environmental and alarm systems, designed to connect multiple devices into a single monitored network for domestic and social housing properties.

It acts as the bridge between Aico SmartLINK devices (such as alarms and environmental sensors) and online monitoring platforms like HomeLINK, allowing data to be collected, stored, and analysed remotely by landlords, housing providers, and maintenance teams. This enables real-time insight into fire alarm status, environmental conditions, and system health across multiple properties.

The Ei1000G connects wirelessly to compatible devices such as smoke alarms, heat alarms, and environmental sensors like the Ei1020 and Ei1025, gathering information including alarms, fault signals, temperature, humidity, and CO₂ readings depending on the connected devices.
